Lexi Nails and Spa

Job description
Hire, train, and supervise salon staff, including estheticians, Nail technicians, receptionists, and other support staff.
Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained by the salon staff.
Handle customer complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Develop and manage the salon budget, including monitoring expenses and revenue.
Set prices for services and products in collaboration with salon ownership
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Ensure the salon is clean, organized, and complies with health and safety regulations.
Oversee the appointment booking system and manage the salon’s schedule efficiently
Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for salon staff.
Build relationships with local businesses, suppliers, and community organizations to enhance the salon’s visibility and reputation

Education & Experience
Secondary school education is required
Any post-secondary education would be an asset
Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a related field is required.

Work Conditions: Weekdays & Weekends
Full time & Permanent
Hours: 30-40 hrs./week
Wage: $36/hour
