Job Description: Kitchen Manager

Job Duties: Establish methods to meet work schedules, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Establish work schedules

Terms of employment: Permanent; Full-time; Day/Evening

Wages: $36.00 per hour for 30 hours a week

Education required: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to two years or equivalent experience

Experience: 3-5 years’ experience

Start: As soon as possible
