Job description

Oversee and organize the daily tasks of staff who drive or operate trucks.

Develop strategies to ensure work schedules are met and coordinate operations with other team members.

Provide training to employees on their responsibilities, safety standards, and company guidelines.

Suggest staffing decisions, including recommendations for hiring, promotions, or other personnel actions.

Address operational issues as they arise and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.

Request and manage the delivery of necessary materials and supplies.

Requirements

Completion of secondary school is must
2-3 years of experience as a truck driver or operator of ground equipment is required

Work Conditions

Weekdays and Weekends

Full time and permanent

Hours:30- 40 hrs/week

Wage: $36.10/hour
