Job Duties: Provide full time care and supervision to Person with a Disability; Administer bedside and personal care for Person with a Disability; Assist Person with a Disability with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene; Prepare, cook and serve nutritious meals for Person with a Disability; Feed or assist Person with a Disability in feeding; Assume full responsibility for household (in absence of householder); Provide companionship for Person with a Disability; Accompany Person with a Disability to medical and/or dental appointments; Assist Person with a Disability in achieving their maximum personal well-being; Assist Person with a Disability with their daily exercises. Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.

Specific Skills: Reading text; Writing; Communication; Problem solving; Decision making; Job task planning and organizing

Terms of employment: Permanent; Full-time; Day/Evening

Wages: $22.00 per hour for 30 hours a week

Education required: Completion of high school or equivalent

Work experience: 1 – 2 years
