SB2 Enterprise Ltd. dba Longhorn Pub located at 4513 – 25th Avenue, Vernon BC V1T 1P5 is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager for a full-time and permanent position.

Salary: $28.00 / Hour for 30 to 40 Hours / Week

Job Requirements:

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience at supervisory or managerial level in food service industry is required

Tasks

·         Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits

·         Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies

·         Evaluate daily operations

·         Monitor revenues to determine labour cost

·         Monitor staff performance

·         Plan and organize daily operations

·         Set staff work schedules

·         Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures

·         Organize and maintain inventory

·         Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

·         Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
