Job Description:
Dispatch Staffing is looking for a Client Services Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with its current healthcare clients across Canada while initiating strategic actions to expand the company’s client network and partnerships. This role is based in Canada and involves on-site and off-site client-facing responsibilities, including regular engagement with existing and potential Canadian healthcare clients.
The successful candidate’s primary responsibility will be to promote the company’s services and maintain long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Canadian healthcare clients and partner facilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure excellent quality of service, client satisfaction and service continuity
Conduct regular check-ins, meetings, and service reviews with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide proactive solutions
Identify opportunities to expand services within the existing client network
Engage with potential healthcare clients, promote Dispatch Staffing’s services, and explore partnership opportunities
Assist with the preparation and presentation of service proposals, agreements, and partnership discussions with new clients
Participate in client meetings, networking events, and industry engagements as required
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or a related field OR equivalent professional experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in managing client relationships, preferably within healthcare or staffing services
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
Experience analyzing service performance data to support planning, decision-making, and process improvement
Proficiency in using spreadsheets, dashboards, or reporting tools to track and evaluate service delivery performance
Experience working with healthcare organizations serving Indigenous, rural, or remote communities, or within regulated public healthcare environments, is considered an asset
Pay: $68,000.00-$79,000.00 per year
