JOB DETAILS
Salary: $18.25 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Employment conditions: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift
Start date: Starts as soon as possible

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:1 year
Work setting: Food service establishment, Fast food outlet or concession
Specific Tasks/Responsibilities:
· Establish methods to meet work schedules.
· Requisition of food and kitchen supplies.
· Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
· Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
· Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
· Hire food service staff.
· Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
· Prepare budget and cost estimates.
· Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
· Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
· Prepare and submit reports.
· Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres.
· Establish work schedules.
· Perform cashiering duties.
Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people
Workers Supervised: Food service counter attendants and food preparers, Kitchen and food service helpers, Staff in various areas of responsibility
Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available
