Heart Connection Inc. dba Ramen Danbo is a growing restaurant group specializing in authentic Fukuoka-style Kyushu Hakata Tonkotsu ramen, serving customers across the Greater Vancouver area. Our signature Tonkotsu broth is carefully prepared daily in-house, delivering a consistent and high-quality dining experience.

Since establishing our first locations in Kitsilano and Robson in 2015, the company has expanded to multiple operating locations across Metro Vancouver. As part of our strategic growth plan, we are continuing to expand with additional restaurant openings scheduled for 2026 and beyond.

With the rapid expansion of our operations and increasing number of locations, the company requires a centralized and structured approach to marketing, brand positioning, and customer engagement. Coordinating marketing initiatives across multiple locations, supporting new store launches, and maintaining a consistent brand identity have become critical to sustaining our growth in a highly competitive market.

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to support our expanding multi-location restaurant operations in Metro Vancouver. This role is responsible for coordinating marketing strategies, supporting new store openings, and maintaining consistent brand presence across all locations.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to support multiple restaurant locations and new store openings

·         Coordinate branding and advertising campaigns across digital and in-store platforms to ensure consistent brand identity

·         Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns, including social media, online advertising, and promotional events

·         Collaborate with management and external vendors on marketing initiatives, content creation, and brand development

·         Assist in developing marketing budgets and tracking expenditures

·         Support the launch of new restaurant locations through targeted marketing and promotional planning

·         Maintain and update marketing materials, websites, and social media platforms

Requirements:

·           Completion of a college diploma or university degree

·           Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or public relations

·           Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media, and online promotion strategies

·           Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·           Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

·           Ability to work independently and contribute to team-based projects

Wage/Working Hours

·         Wage:  $36.75 per hour

·         Working hour: 35.00 hours per week

·         Employment Term: Permanent, Full time

·         Benefits: Extended Medical group insurance
